Our goal

Our goal is simple: make every moment with your doggo enjoyable and stress-free.

So if you or your pupper aren't 100% happy with your purchase when you receive it then return it within 60 days for a replacement, credit or refund – no questions asked. Well, one question actually: 'what could we have done better?' We're always learning and keen to do better so bare-knuckle feedback is what we like best.

Returns and refunds

If you do return a product we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item. To ensure the tracking of your return, we suggest taking a photo of the shipping receipt. Please note that if the item is not received, and there is no tracking available, we will be unable to issue a refund or exchange for the lost item.

If a refund is issued you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
